Bid in a contested auction on Premium.st

How Dropcatch catches move to Premium.st live auctions and how anyone verified can bid.

When a caught name has competing backorder interest, bidding continues on Premium.st in a unified live auction room.

Step 1: Watch for email or in-app notification that an auction opened for your domain. Original backorder holders are notified, but the room is public.

Step 2: Sign in to Premium.st (same account as Dot.st). Open Live auctions or go to /auctions.

Step 3: Find the room for your domain. Read the current high bid, minimum next bid, and hammer time.

Step 4: Ensure your Dot.st account is verified and not restricted. Unverified users cannot bid.

Step 5: Confirm wallet balance or allowed card coverage for your intended bid on Dot.st Billing before bidding.

Step 6: Enter a whole-dollar bid at or above the minimum next bid shown. Submit before the timer ends.

Step 7: If outbid, raise your bid before hammer time. Refresh near the end to see the latest state.

Step 8: If you win, pay within the deadline shown on the invoice or account workspace. Funds settle through Dot.st.

Contested Dropcatch auctions skip external member escrow mode selection — fulfillment is handled internally after payment.
